His varied experience includes finance, manufacturing operations, engineering management, cost/ pricing, and business development. Mr. Kumar received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering from IIT (Roorkee) and is an alumnus of the UCLA Executive Management program. NgaThuong Le President and COO Cal Quality Tenure: 1988 joined Cal Quality in production, 1996 appointed controller, 1998 appointed CFO 2001 appointed Chief Operating Officer Experience: During his tenure Mr. Le has been an instrumental part of Cal Quality's growth and has held several key positions including human resources, information systems, procurement and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Le completed a four year curriculum of computer science and mathematics of at California State University, Long Beach. Ashley Shaver Chief Financial Officer Cal Quality Tenure: 2001 joined Cal Quality as Chief Financial Officer Experience: Mr. Shaver is responsible for Cal Quality's financial management, human resources and information technology. Prior to joining Cal Quality Mr. Shaver provided financial management for Mars, Cooper Industries and Bourns Incorporated. In addition, Mr. Shaver is a CPA and started his career with Ernst & Young. Mr. Shaver received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Adrian Utz Vice President of Quality Assurance Cal Quality Tenure: 1991 joined Cal Quality as Vice President of Quality Assurance Experience: Mr. Utz has held senior management positions with K- Tron International, Vogt & Co. and Drahtwerke AG in Switzerland During that time he has been responsible for product management, procurement management and technical support. Mr. Utz was instrumental in adding surface mount technology at Cal Quality and leading the Company to its ISO certification. Mr. Utz received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Luvenius in Zurich, Switzerland. He was also a communications specialist with the Swiss Army and is multi-lingual.
