Company Ownership
Cal Quality Electronics is majority owned by Churchill Equity, an independent,
privately held corporation. Since closing its first partnership, in March 1989,
Churchill Equity has been dedicated to managing multiple pools of investment
capital through limited partnership structures. These partnerships are created
to fund unique, mutually exclusive and independently staffed debt and equity
investments typically not found within the private capital marketplace. To date
over $1.2 billion of capital has been raised through its partnership funds.
