Det Norske Veritas Certification, Inc. (DNV) certified Cal Quality Electronics in 1996 for conformance to ISO 9002 and in 2003 for conformance to ISO 9001:2008. This highly recognized Quality System Certification is accredited by ANSI*RAB and RvA. ISO certification assures customers that Cal Quality Electronics maintains a well-defined and effective quality management and control system.

Lead-Free Process Validation
Complete visual and microstructural analysis were conducted to verify the microstructural integrity of Cal Quality PCB assemblies and ensures that each of the Cal Quality solder connections meets IPC Standards Class III (Revision D/February 2005/ Supersedes Revision January 2000 Standard). ESD Association Standards
Cal Quality Electronics meets all of the requirements for handling electrostatic-discharge-sensitive (ESDS) devices, in accordance with ANSI, ESD S-20-20.
As a long standing member of the medical equipment industry, we have designed a quality manufacturing system that complies with GMP guidelines and requirements. Our electronics, subassemblies and cable harnesses are used in FDA approved medical devices.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
The most recognized agency for electronic safety regulations and approvals. Cal Quality Electronics helps its customers to achieve UL approval for their products.

Assocation Connecting Electronics Industries (IPC)
Cal Quality Electronics has adopted IPC-A-610 Class II and Class III as it's workmanship standard. An IPC certified training program has been implemented. IPC is a U.S. based trade association that provides guidelines and standards for the design, manufacturing and acceptance of electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
